Canadian cities have a lot to offer visitors and international students. At SEC we are committed to helping our students make the most of the time they have with us.
We offer various free tours of tourist destinations in and around Toronto and Vancouver. The tours are led by our volunteers or teachers so that your English learning does not stop in the classroom.
SEC Toronto students had the privilege of exploring Toronto’s Chinatown together. Toronto’s Chinatown is one of the largest Chinese neighbourhoods in North America. Chinatown has been around since early 1960s and is continuing to grow and flourish.
All signs are written in English as well as Mandarin or Cantonese
The streets are busy with pedestrians and food markets. The food markets exhibit exotic Asian fruits and vegetables.
Our students got to taste fruits that they never even heard of!
Chinese restaurants show off their specialties in the store windows to attract people into their eatery off the streets.
Toronto’s Chinatown is a place of beauty and amazement. We strongly suggest to explore it during night time as well!
